Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Global Expense & Payment Card is responsible for the development and implementation of Concur Expense in individual countries as well as daily/weekly/monthly management of Concur expense, analytics, and monthly reconciliation for North America.

In addition, this role is responsible for the implementation, management, improvement, policy enforcement, and organizational effectiveness of the Brink’s Payment Card programs (Corporate Credit Card, P-Card, Virtual Payment Card) in North America.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert for Concur Expense and Payment Card programs
  • Primary point of contact to cardholders, Concur Expense users and Concur Expense Country Managers
  • Responsible for development, roll-out and management of Payment Card programs
  • Responsible for supplier onboarding and management of Payment Plus (Virtual Payment Card) program
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of Expense & Card policies
  • Provide customer service and training for Concur Expense users
  • Provide customer service and training for cardholders on Purchasing Card/Corporate Card processes and policies
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on request (i.e., compliance, spend analysis, etc.)
  • Communicate policy and instructions clearly and effectively
  • Prepare communications to Finance managers, senior staff, Compliance, Human Resources, and other reporting departments
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations
  • Audit transactions to ensure compliance with Brink’s policies
  • Establish metrics to gauge program effectiveness and control gaps and identify improvements (ie. policy revisions, technology enhancements/solutions, etc.)
  • Contribute strategically and tactically to furthering the success of Concur Expense & Brink’s Payment programs
  • Leverage the global shared services team for administration support to ensure operating scale.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Vice President, Brinks Global Business Services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years prior experience developing, implementing, and managing Concur Expense, Corporate Credit Card, Corporate Purchasing Card and Virtual Payment Card programs and related reporting required
  • Strong knowledge of Concur Travel and how it interacts with Concur Expense
  • Proven experience developing and implementing Concur Expense internationally
  • Proven experience with business intelligence systems and report development
  • Strong analytical skills, collecting and analyzing data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, policies, practices, and principles
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
