Job Summary:
This position has primary responsibility for helping Brinks Global IT Shared Services deliver on our value of Continuous Improvement by supporting the deployment of Lean Management Methodology throughout the Global IT organization. The role will also be instrumental in leading and supporting major process improvement and transformational initiatives that have broad impact within and across regions. The individual will deliver these results by providing detailed instruction and guidance on corporate initiatives, providing advanced facilitation, management, and administration of Lean related principles, tools, and values and supporting the training and development of key IT leaders within Brinks.
