The Brinks Company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for reporting, forecasting, planning, and financial analysis for senior management. This role is responsible for the concise and accurate consolidation of data from the countries to the corporate level, as well as corporate and country reporting and analysis. In addition, this role contributes to the financial closing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general support to country teams and other corporate departments for all financial areas including planning, forecasting, reporting, etc.

Job Summary:

T his position reports to the Vice President of BGS US and will have total management oversight of the BGS US Commercial Sales/Account Management and Customer Service/Experience team for US BGS including core product and new product business lines both on a local and national level. This position requires up to 50% travel to facilities and customers throughout the United States and internationally as needed to work on the development of new business and servicing of existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all BGS US sales, marketing and customer service issues
• P&L responsibilities for the US BGS business line and must coordinate service & operational issues with affiliates, domestic and international
• Ensure international affiliates’ needs are met in terms of service & sales
• Ensure review of all deals and agreements with customers & affiliates
• Monitor & review all costing & pricing rules posted to BITS

• Responsibility for implementing potential new products to help grow the business including establishing partnership required for successful launch and developing specific go-to market strategies.
• Travel domestically and internationally to develop business unit affiliate relationships and to ensure that network wide commitments are met and that all sales agreements meet compliance and overall company strategy standards.
• Ensure the Sales team and all related agreements comply with local, national and international legislation and procedures (Customs, VAT, Money laundering etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience managing sales professionals and developing highly effective teams successful in improving organizational profit year over year in a freight forwarding or air freight environment.
• Ten (10) years of experience in meeting or exceeding business goals, including revenue targets, etc. in similar business or with similar business dynamics, i.e. managing and developing senior relationships, managing multiple functions, departments and opportunities.
• Experience selling to small to mid-size retailers as well as C Suite and GM level executives in businesses that function on high volume sales and management of margin i.e. accessories, hard lines, components etc.
• Experience not only hunting new business but in generating proposals and developing sales from the ground up.
• Five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time on a local, national and international level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in domestic/international sales of goods, freight forwarding, and logistic services.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related discipline.
• Operations experience in a logistics/freight forwarding company.

• Act as the compliance leader, strategist, and subject matter expert in assessing and advising on existing and emerging compliance risk areas

Position Qualifications

• Proven track record in SMB, Commercial/Mid-market and enterprise sales with B2B outside sales
• Independent decision making and accountability for execution of business objectives for all areas of responsibility
• Must be able to present multiple, integrated product/service solutions at various mid and high executive levels within large retail organizations.

Position Summary

The Lead Solution Architect is accountable for the business solution designs for key strategic initiatives including (but not limited to) developing architectures that represent business, applications/integration, data, infrastructure, platform, and security architectures. In this role you will create solution architecture for key strategic initiatives including developing architectures and runways that represent business, application/integration, data, infrastructure, platform and security architectures, partnering with Digital, Data and Analytics, IT, EA, Infrastructure and Security teams.

This role will also require providing leadership, coaching and guidance to App Dev teams and developing reference architectures for cloud-native applications to be applied to Brinks apps targeted for refactor and optimization. The role calls for a hands on leader who can roll up your sleeves and help clear technical roadblocks for the team.

· This position is a hybrid work model.

Required Qualifications

· 10+ years in design/development experience

· 2+ years of hands-on cloud implementation experience

· Best in class technical subject matter expertise and domain knowledge

· SME level understanding of cloud design and architecture for one or more public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, preferably GCP) to deliver large-scale distributed solutions across the full enterprise stack

· SME level technical skills in the following areas: application, data, integration and, security architecture/design

· SME level understanding of APIs (Rest, GraphQL, and gRPC) and microservices-based architecture is a must

· Domain Driven Design: Be able to map the domain scope to Bounded Contexts /Microservices

· Experience working with technologies that work as glue between modern applications and legacy infrastructure leveraging streaming platforms like Apache Kafka and Integration platform like MuleSoft.

· Experience in enterprise development tools and methodologies (XP, Agile) including DevSecOps and DataOps

· Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies as well as Cloud database technologies.

· Demonstrable hands-on experience is a must

· Facilitates adoption of cloud-native/cloud-first architectures.
