KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports quarterly earnings activities.
Coordinates and supports quarterly earnings activities including the earnings release process (scheduling, drafting, obtaining approvals, wire releases, conference calls, and follow-up)

The VP, Investor Relations manages the investor relations strategic roadmap as the primary liaison between the company and the Wall Street community, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and other members of the leadership team to communicate the company's strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives in a way that creates clarity, consistency and widespread understanding among investors and analysts.
